Ensure your subfloor or backing board is completely flat, solid, and clear of debris—large format 1200x600mm tiles need a perfectly flat bed to prevent any lippage (uneven tile edges). Use a high-quality flexible adhesive rated specifically for dense porcelain stoneware. We strongly recommend opening 3 to 4 boxes simultaneously and dry-laying the pieces to blend the natural vein variations across the space before fixing them down. Utilize a professional tile levelling clip system during setup to keep all corners flush until the adhesive fully cures.
