Long Description:
The difference between a tidy paint job and one with wobbly edges usually comes down to whether the tape was put down properly. This one holds a clean line while you’re painting and comes off afterward without dragging paint with it or leaving a sticky mark behind — which matters more than people think, especially on wallpaper or freshly painted trim.
Features & Benefits
- Gives a sharp, clean paint line along edges
- Pulls off cleanly, no residue or paint lift
- Tears by hand, no scissors needed
- Works on walls, wood, metal, and glass
Specifications
This is a crepe paper masking tape with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, designed for temporary masking during painting and decorating. It removes cleanly without damaging most surfaces or leaving residue behind.
Where It’s Used
Comes up on pretty much every painting job — cutting in along skirting boards, masking off glass before spraying a frame, protecting hardware you don’t want painted. Decorators use it daily, but it’s just as useful for a one-room DIY job.
Fitting
Press it down firmly along the edge you’re masking, especially at corners where it’s easiest for paint to bleed underneath. Don’t leave it on too long after painting, particularly in direct sun, since some surfaces can make it harder to remove cleanly the longer it sits. Comes through the same suppliers as the rest of our building materials range.
