Not every tile needs to be white or grey to feel neutral. Foista Baige leans warmer, and that alone makes a room feel a bit more lived-in rather than clinical, without doing anything drastic. It’s a tone that works with wood, with darker fittings, with most colour schemes people actually end up going with.
At 600 x 1200mm per tile, it’s a decent chunk of wall or floor covered in one go, and that means fewer joints running across the surface. Fewer joints, less grout, less stuff for dirt to sit in over time. It’s porcelain underneath all that, which just means it’s built to be walked on daily without complaint — not the kind of tile you have to baby.

Where It’s Used
Living rooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms — anywhere you want a bit of warmth in the room without it turning into a feature.
Fitting
Clean, flat, dry, stable — get the base right first, porcelain won’t cover for a bad surface underneath. Adhesive should be one made for porcelain specifically. Work out the layout before you start fixing tiles down, keep spacing even with spacers or a levelling system, cut with proper equipment, and give the adhesive its full cure time before grouting.
