Fitting
Clean, flat, dry, stable — get the base right first, since a polished finish shows up any unevenness underneath more than a matte tile would. Use an adhesive suited to porcelain specifically, plan the layout carefully so the pattern lines up as intended across tiles, keep spacing even with spacers or a levelling system, cut with proper equipment, and give the adhesive its full cure time before grouting.
