This is an edging profile made for exposed tile edges and transition points on walls and floors. It resists everyday wear and moisture, so it holds up in bathrooms and wet rooms, and it works with ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone tile on external corners and transition edges.

Where It’s Used
Comes up most on bathroom and kitchen tiling, wet rooms, splashbacks, and anywhere tile meets a different surface or another tile type — the transition point tends to be where a job looks rushed if it’s not finished off properly.

Fitting
Cuts to length with the same tools you’d use for the tiling, and goes in as you tile rather than after. Worth measuring the run at the transition point carefully, since a slightly short trim shows more there than anywhere else on the job.
